With over 13 years engineering and management experience In the MOD I have developed excellent engineering, organisational, leadership and communication skills, highlighted by managing various teams of specialist engineers, working on and inspecting a multitude of different vehicles and maintenance equipment under high pressured deadlines using good engineering practice and LEAN principles. Producing constructive and educated solutions of the highest standard to all customers, with meticulous attention to detail and reliability. Leaving the Armed Forces and available from 31 July 19.• Experienced engineer repairing, servicing, overhauling and inspecting to DVSA and LOLER standards • Experienced in management managing and motivating engineers to gain the best results as possible• Experienced fleet manager maintenance forecasting, preventative maintenance, inspections and management of various vehicle fleets• High attention to detail anticipating issues, providing solutions and producing detailed and accurate reports• Able to work under pressure for long periods of time but remaining focused• Independent and resilient at working for long periods in extreme circumstances• Highly motivated in all aspects of professional development• Customer focussed dealing with specific individual needs
