My cross-functional background in the IT and business worlds has allowed me to gain the experiences needed to successfully translate and streamline highly technical information to be easily understood throughout all levels of an organization.My successes have included working closely with customers to determine their requirements and what my company needs to do to maximize adoption and retention. This has involved partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders as we resolve business critical technical issues and equip our customers with the training and information needed to increase adoption.
