ABOUT SCOTT BULLOCK
Scott Bullock, LISW-S, LCSW, CEDS I have been a Clinical Director and Primary Therapist at Eating Recovery Center of Ohio where I had experience treating eating disorders, mood, anxiety and trauma disordrs in both adolescents and adults. I have been working in the mental health field since 1992 and have been specializing in Eating Disorder treatment since 2008. Before going to ERC of Ohio, I worked for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center as well as The Lindner Center of HOPE eating disorder program where I served as clinical director for the adolescent program. I started my time with Eating Recovery Center as a Clinical Manager of the Residential program in Chicago in 2019, and recently returned to my hometown of Cincinnati February 2020. I am a certified specialist in eating disorder treatment and has provided many local and regional presentations on the treatment of eating disorders. I am also a certified FBT specialist, certified through the Train 2 Treat Institute provided by LaGrange and Locke. While in undergraduate school I founded Big Brothers and Big Sisters for the local county and participated in a four-month exchange studies in Cuernavaca, Mexico. I grew up in Cincinnati and received my bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College in Psychology and Sociology. I then earned my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh where I served as President of the Student Executive Council and during my internships provided in-home family therapy for at-risk adolescents and family and individual therapy to Vietnam Veterans suffering from chronic PTSD. At Eating Recovery Center of Ohio, I lead Process and ERP groups along with providing individual CBT treatment and family therapy. Outside of work, I have coached football and softball in my community and enjoy spending time with my wife and two children as well as their spouses. My daughter is due in December with my first grandchild! I also enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, camping and traveling to new parts of the country and world.
