I’ve spent nearly 30 years buying, building, and managing real estate.from single-family rentals to mobile home parks and retail centers. Over the past few years I’ve also helped dozens of people buy and build their own real estate portfolios, sharing what’s worked (and what hasn’t) from my own investing journey. I’m more convinced than ever that the path to real, lasting wealth is owning cash-producing assets, especially well-run rental properties. These days my focus is on growing my own portfolio and partnering on the right opportunities where I can add real value. I’m no longer formally coaching clients, but if you’re picking up the tab for my round of golf, you’ve got me for 4+ hours of questions and straight talk.

   Champions United FC is a 501c3 non-profit organization which serves underprivileged youth in Uganda. CUFC mentors the next generation of leaders by using soccer as a tool to connect with children in the local neighborhoods. Local Ugandan staff serve as big brothers and father figures, helping the youth to become future family and community leaders. Our organization has developed 10 self-sustaining campuses in the Kampala location which provides mentoring services to over children annually. Because these campuses are rented to various companies, individuals and professional soccer clubs, they help generate revenue to fund 100% of our operational budget in Uganda. With each new campus developed, children are added to our program.
