Delivered consistent results and helped drive more than 400 high-performing referees to achieve greater heights and fulfill their maximum potential. Innovated and implemented a strategic programming model to maximize organizational efficiency, deployment of resources and ultimately produce greater performance. Coached and developed more than 20 current NBA referees including several who have achieved the highest level of performance as recognized by NBA playoffs selection.Through modeling and exemplifying a culture of passion, collaborative learning and mastery of process, we can successfully continue to grow together.
