About Scott Boehlke

As Chief Operating Officer at First Supply, I focus on operational excellence, team development, and long-term business performance. Since joining the company in 2014, I’ve progressed through roles in sales, branch management, and regional leadership—each one deepening my understanding of the business and the people who drive it. With more than 30 years in the wholesale distribution industry, I’ve built my career on identifying smarter, more efficient ways to operate. I believe that strong processes, empowered teams, and a clear focus on customer service are the keys to delivering consistent, high-quality results. One of my top priorities is building a positive, people-first culture. I take time to get to know employees, understand their goals, and help them grow in ways that are meaningful to them. I believe everyone should know how much they matter to the success of our organization. That belief is reflected in our culture at First Supply, which was named a 2025 Top Workplaces USA winner by USA TODAY, a national recognition based entirely on employee feedback. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a degree in economics and currently serve on the Decorative Brands Divisional Board of Directors. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, bird hunting with my GSP Daisy, UTVing, and spending time with my wife of 34 years and our two grown children.
