Plans, directs, evaluates, and supervises audits of video gaming licensees and sports wagering licensees to ensure gaming activities in the State of Illinois comply with the Illinois Gambling Act, Video Gaming Act, Sports Wagering Act, State Fair Gaming Act, and any other statutes and rules for which the Illinois Gaming Board has jurisdiction.Develops the Annual Audit Plan for the Gaming Audit Section; determines the scope and timing of audit projects.Serves as a working supervisor.Assists investigations from other Gaming sections during administrative and criminal investigations.Conducts complex operational and compliance audits of video gaming, casino gambling and sports wagering licensees which are more sensitive in nature, as requested by management and the Board.Develops audit standards and procedures for the Gaming Audit Section.
