I head a pod within the Contracting team that supports Whole Portfolio Solutions (WPS), UK OCIO, Multi-Manager Funds, Netherlands Institutional, and Model Subscribers as part of the Client Experience Delivery (CXD) function. Working closely with internal stakeholders and clients, I lead delivery on some of the firm’s most complex and strategic relationships across the region.Our team is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing legal and investment documentation—including investment management agreements on behalf of BlackRock’s client businesses across EMEA, ensuring we strike the right balance between risk and commerciality for our clients.I’m passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams to develop tools and processes that simplify complexity, enhance scalability, and deliver exceptional outcomes.Qualified as a Scottish solicitor, with over 13 years of experience spanning commercial law, infrastructure investment, and institutional finance. I hold an MA in Politics & International Relations, a Bachelor of Law with Commendation, and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
