ABOUT SCOTT BEYMA
I have grown up surrounded by a family of Civil Engineers. Upon graduating college I have pursued heavy civil construction with passion and professionalism. After 25 years of dedication to the industry (on both the design and production sides) I have had the privilege of working alongside the industry leaders and experts in the engineering and construction methods that support the heavy civil construction industry. I was recently employed with Shimmick Construction, which provided a wide variety of projects and challenges suitable to my experience, professionalism and expertise. Looking to remain focused on my quest for self-actualization, a recent termination of employer was inevitable with a new opportunity at hand. I am inherently full of energy and passion for all areas of construction, with most of my current focus to build teams, motivate via direction/planning, highlight resources, emphasize the importance of quality and do my best to mentor and guide the bright engineers that are selected to participate on the type of projects we are lucky to be a part of.
