A company that is one of the most progressive manufacturing companies in the Midwest with state of the art machine tools and CMM testing equipment. I manage the key performance indicators, such as Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively, first time through, production volume, and cost control. I also ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience as well as developing line supervisors, implementing operational tasks and projects, and collaborating with other departments. I apply my problem solving, lean operations, and manufacturing skills to optimize the flow, quality, and efficiency of the assembly process. I also coach and train others in floor management display system, kaizen, standardization, and lean manufacturing principles.
