Communicate and promote a data-driven culture across the organization • Work with the enterprise and data architects on establishing data standards and providing long-term road map data architecture • Directs and coordinates activities in the delivery, reporting and escalation activity relevant to the set-up, federation and operation of the Data Governance program • Manage a measurable data governance framework with a focus on data reliability, quality, security, transparency and process optimization • Coordinate cross-functional representatives to make decisions about data needs and solutions • Develop the right data strategies and initiatives for different business areas by working closely with senior business leaders, product managers and data teams • Collaborate with Data Operations, Business Intelligence and Data Science to make sure the initiatives are aligned • Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability • Create and manage a scalable federated data stewardship program to enable our business
