Responsible for managing the creation and execution for maintenance basic skills including: 1. Mechanical 2. Fluid Power 3. Electrical Fundamentals 4. Machine Shop 5. Programmable Logic Controllers 6. Robotics 7. Mechatronics (Systems approach combining skills from other areas) 8. Failure Analysis 9. Motor Control 10. Process Control In charge of the work study program to develop manufacturing technicians into maintenance and tool and die technicians. Assist maintenance shops to help: 1. Create shop specific training 2. Create individual training plans for each technician 3. Teach Asset Management classes to supervisors Track plant maintenance training progress and provide reports for the individual shops.
