The Spark File is a podcast and thriving online community of creatives who are actively working towards personal and professional creative goals led by co-founders and co-owners Susan Blackwell and Laura Camien. The Spark File Team Captain responsibilities include-Managing all Zoom meeting needs for group coaching sessions for The Spark File programs IGNITE, BLAZE and ILLUME-Facilitating Creativity Shares for clients during class sessions using The Spark File Feedback Process-Hosting and facilitating weekly online Creativity Labs for The Spark File members to work, facilitate Office Hours and share their works in-progress-Creating and distributing weekly email communications with pertinent community and class information-Curating and maintaining The Community Corner - a live newsletter that celebrats the creative WINS of The Spark File community and alums-Fielding community needs/concerns via Voxer and emails-Proofreading/editing for marketing copy and printed materials-Assisting in logistics and planning for The Spark File in-person retreats and workshopsI am passionate about supporting the vision of Susan Blackwell and Laura Camien (a process I\'ve walked through as a student and mentee) and helping The Spark File community achieve success in all areas of their creative lives. All to say, I feel humbled to work and contribute to a positive, nurturing and productive environment with such luminous visionaries as Susan and Laura.
