With more than a decade of experience in the supply industry, I have worked closely with more than 75 primary schools across Birmingham and Solihull and placed more than members of staff in those schools. I aim to be the best in whatever it is that I do and provide a level of service to both schools and school staff that is unrivalled. Zest Education is small enough to give a personal service, but large enough and experienced enough to be able to find our candidates the roles in schools that are right for them. We pair small consultancy friendliness with big agency experience. It’s fair to say, that we are incredibly proud of what we have achieved to date. We hold the Gold Standard Audit Award from REC for our safeguarding policies and processes, Department for Education approved agency on the UK Government Crown Commercial Services list, through to being able to support all of our eligible teachers and support staff with the Government\'s furlough scheme - during the pandemic and now offering a PAYE payroll system.
