A lifelong resident of the Lansing area, Scott earned a Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance from Eastern Michigan University. Scott and his wife, Brenda, are devoted fans at their four children\'s athletic events and supporting them – they enjoy family time spent traveling out of the state and boating on Lake Michigan. He is an avid fly fisherman and loves the outdoors.
