I\'ve found that many of these summaries are simply a cut-and-paste from the summary section of a resume. I don\'t want to bore you with mine. Instead, let me tell you a little about myself! With my degree in hand, it took a short time for me to find what suits me best. I got into telecom - selling for AT & T and, later, the local telecom provider (now CenturyLink). It was there where I got my first taste of sales engineering! I loved the role! I was able to move over to software sales and found that my storytelling skills were well suited to that environment! With a background in telecom, it was a natural fit to move into the contact center SaaS world. I worked with inContact for almost 6 years. I quickly got up to speed with the contact center SaaS offerings and helped my assigned sales folks be successful. After a couple of years, I managed a great crew of sales engineers and witnessed continued growth and success during my almost 6 years there. Over time, both my hiring manager, as well as his mentor - the former EVP of Sales, both left inContact - which had a direct impact my future there. I had looked at Workfront (formerly AtTask - now Adobe-Workfront) when it was in its infancy. I was excited to know that Workfront moved to a SaaS model a while back and had been experiencing explosive growth! I reached out to their EVP of Sales and got the ball rolling! I loved Workfront! Great people, great technology, great customers! In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic had negative effects on many of Workfront\'s clients resulting in some layoffs. After an almost 2-year stint at eFileCabinet, who\'s product, RUBEX, is shaking up the document management market, I am pleased to announce that I am back working with the best work-management software in the industry, now a part of Adobe\'s suite of products and services!
