   Promoted to lead three blended teams of onshore and offshore developers and testers across two products. Periodically managed one to three teams and other managers. Principal responsibilities include project management, people leadership, individual development, and engineering guidance- Led a cross-organizational effort to develop a reliability improvement plan that would reduce the time to release the flagship product by 50%- Develop the TDD & BDD strategy encompassing education, staffing and an execution plan- Create a governance process for exceptions to the automated code quality tool- Led 30 people directly and indirectly, including other managers, across multiple products- Launched a new product, Certificate Center, to GA in two separate countries after 2 years of development with 0 critical defects on release day- Supported the domain team rollout for the value stream- Partnered with other engineering managers to combine the dedicated, offshore support teams with the domain teams fully utilizing the offshore partners- Led the effort with a large, cross functional group from Operations, Performance Engineering, Architecture and senior engineers to capture and remediate the risks for taking the flagship product to GA as a cloud offering- Collaborated with the Product organization to define and deliver the features necessary for launching the flagship product as a cloud offering- Upskilled a cloud team on the legacy application to increase throughput and expand the knowledge base of the core capability- Defined and reviewed observability, alarms & dashboards for new feature launches- Defined FTA policy for the department- Led the creation of an E2E test suite and exit release requirements for the flagship application- Organized on-site team building exercises- Created a skills matrix for engineers
