I’m a strategic finance leader with 20+ years of experience operating at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. I’ve built and led teams across FP & A, strategic planning, transformation, corporate development, investor relations, and total rewards, partnering closely with CEOs, CFOs, executive teams, and Boards to scale complex, global businesses.At Block, I led Corporate Finance and Strategy with broad scope across finance and HR, spanning company-wide planning, investment prioritization, performance management, capital allocation, and narrative development. I helped establish long-range planning and investment frameworks and launched a Transformation Office delivering meaningful savings while driving more disciplined, scalable ways of operating. I also advanced automation to improve efficiency and accuracy and worked closely with leadership to shape the company’s narrative.Earlier in my career, I spent 15 years at Activision Blizzard, where I ultimately led finance for Activision Publishing’s $2B+ P&L. I supported iconic global franchises, helped drive the shift from retail to digital and live-services business models, and was deeply involved in forecasting, analytics, and executive-level storytelling with senior leadership, the board, and investors.
