About Bart Welch

I have worked, in some capacity, with computers since personal computers were first introduced. My experience encompasses programming in PASCAL, C, SQL to Networking and Tech support. For the last several years, I have been working on website design. I have designed several websites including tripresource.com, and I have worked with ASP, asp.net, CSS, JavaScript and HTML. I have also used FrontPage and Expressions Web, but primarily use Sitefinity (as a content management system) and Visual Studio. I currently manage and maintain eight websites. I am actively working to improve user experience on these sites through additional content and features by using new technology such as mobile responsive design and telerik controls. My other responsibilities include social medial, such as Facebook, and developing email newsletter campaigns. Specialties: Developing and managing websites via Sitefinity along with social media and email marketing.

   I manage our corporate websites via our CMS software called Sitefinity. This includes some backend development building master pages along with some light.net and javascript work. I also create all CSS and HTML coding necessary to properly display all pages, content and designs appropriately. This includes working closely with our Sales and Marketing departments as well as being heavily integrated with our IT team.
