I lead a team of experts who deliver high-quality and efficient solutions to our clients.Before joining SHAI, I was the Chief Communications Officer at NetMeds, India’s first licensed online pharmacy. I was part of the team that launched and grew this innovative business, which revolutionized the healthcare industry in India. I worked with teams across different functions to foster innovation and deliver consistent results. I also helped build scalable processes that could meet the growing demands of the business.One of the things I love about my job is creating a brand identity and bringing it to life with compelling messages and omni-channel strategies that generate buzz, traffic, and revenue. Throughout my career, I have been successful in reaching customers and stimulating sales.
