While serving as Sector Engineering Advisory Board Chair, I develop and streamline mutual procedures, policies, and tools throughout engineering disciplines, while creating product awareness.I chair board meetings and consultations for cross-departmental enterprise team and revamp, tailor, and drive peer reviews of existing Sector-Wide engineering metrics. I serve as representative for Mission Systems Sector, including SW, HW, and SEIT engineering disciplines.Some of my contributions are: • Secured strategic investments for ITAs/IRADs through regular follow-ups and plans. • Promoted joint technical library to enhance operational excellence. • Restructured Command Media and implemented a cross sector communication plan.
