I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of technology, business, and people. I started out in digital agencies in Germany, where I learned the art of building great user experiences. In 2012, I joined ServiceNow, which turned out to be a move that set me on a path I\'ve been passionate about ever since. From Professional Services and Solution Consulting to Outbound Product Management, I had the privilege of working with employees, partners and customers around the world.That experience inspired me to launch APPOXIO, a Calgary-based digital agency focused on helping organizations unlock the full potential of ServiceNow. In 2021, APPOXIO was acquired by Thirdera, where I went on to lead global practices, shape go-to-market strategies, and help unify six acquired firms under one roof. In 2024, Thirdera itself was acquired by Cognizant.Today, I run Ardynt Labs, a boutique consultancy focused on enterprise automation and AI. I also act as a technology advisor and angel investor, supporting early-stage companies on their growth journeys.
