Hello, I’m Andreas Schuler. In Bosch’s Junior Managers Program, I’m gaining hands-on experience in semiconductor frontend and backend manufacturing and developing as a future leader in the tech and manufacturing industry.I started my career with an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic and a bachelor\'s degree in business administration and engineering. I then worked as a PreMaster in project management and product management in series production. Stays abroad in Silicon Valley, Tallinn and Turin broadened my horizons and gave me a deep understanding of global business practices. During this time, I discovered my passion for international business and strategic management, which motivated me to pursue a master’s in international business development. My expertise includes: Project Management – planning, coordinating, and driving cross-functional projects Manufacturing Process Improvement – optimizing semiconductor production processes Task Force Management – leading critical issue resolution teams under time pressure Quality Improvement Project Management – driving continuous improvement and defect reduction🧠 Strategic Planning & Executive Support – supporting Senior Vice Presidents in strategic projects and decision-makinI am passionate about developing tailored solutions that lead to improvements in manufacturing processes.
