Our mission for science is to build tools and technologies that will make it possible to cure, prevent, or manage all diseases by the end of the century.Projects I\'ve worked on include- AI for bio: creating software tools for biologists to discover new insights into human health and disease- Infectious disease: creating software analysis tools for pathogen genomics surveillance and research, used by researchers and public health labs worldwide- Rare disease: partnering with CZI grantmaking team to fund innovative patient-led organizations doing clinical data extraction for natural history studies and drug repurposing- Single cell: created tools and infrastructure for analyzing single cell data for the Human Cell Atlas project
