Plastic Ingenuity specializes in creating innovative packaging solutions through vertical integration with unmatched speed to market. The areas that I manage include: design engineering, production engineering, tool and die shop, fabrication shop, production maintenance shop, and package prototyping. My teams are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining both our thermoforming molds and tools as well as the thermoforming equipment we use to manufacture our packaging. The teams also focuses on internal process improvements and assisting our customers with their efficiency improvement efforts. I also work customers to develop and troubleshoot automation equipment in their plants so that our packages run efficiently.
