I started my career turning wrenches on the F-15, because nothing teaches responsibility faster than a broke jet that has to fly tomorrow.Over time, I moved from the toolbox to leading aircraft maintenance operations, overseeing quality, managing risk, and keeping teams focused in high-tempo environments where standards are high and the mission is real.What I’ve learned along the way is simple: if you take care of your people, they’ll take care of the mission. I focus on building trust, setting clear expectations, and giving teams the support they need to perform at their best. When people feel valued and empowered, performance follows.To complement my leadership style, I earned my PMP and DAWIA Level certifications. I hold an active TS/SCI clearance and am pursuing Program Manager roles within defense and federal contracting.Still mission-driven, just with fewer wrenches and lot more spreadsheets and PowerPoints.
