   Accountable for the design, development, and deployment of the lean/six sigma program roadmap across the Airgas enterprise. Launched the Airgas intelligent automation center of excellence (CoE). Responsible for initiating, developing, and sustaining a digital workforce of BOTs within back office operations. Automation tools includes robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and enterprise system enhancements to SAP. Responsible for organizational change management, SAP help desk, and SAP training teams within Airgas.
