ABOUT MICHAEL SCHEUMACK

I am the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at IDIQ®. I bring more than two decades of experience in cybersecurity, technology, and marketing within the financial, credit, and identity theft protection sectors. Prior to my time at IDIQ, I served in the U.S. Coast Guard and had leadership roles in customer acquisition and product technology. I currently serve on the advisory board for the Identity Theft Resource Center. Always a problem-solver, I am noted for being the chief architect behind a patented credit advisory platform used by one of the major credit reporting agencies. In the past and currently, I am a go-to source for the media for my thought leadership on identity theft crimes, scams involving artificial intelligence (AI), voice cloning, and trending identity-related scams. I was recruited into IDIQ for my vision to innovate around our strategic product goals. If I had a personal motto it would be: Only fear complacency; adapt, evolve, and thrive. Motorcycle rides, backpacking trips, and trail runs are my escape. But when I need to recharge, there\'s nothing better than sharing a glass of wine with my wife. We\'ve been crafting our own vintages for nearly a decade and learning something new every year.AREAS OF IMPACTCybersecurityFinancial IntelligenceCredit Advisory Intellectual PropertyStrategic InnovationPerformance MarketingIT Security and InfrastructureData and AnalyticsMedia Commentator
