I am Dr. Saurabh Chandra, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia Campus, Sonapur, Assam. I also serve as the Secretary-General of IPSA (International Political Science Association) RC10—Electronic Democracy.
