Thanks for visiting my profile. I am an education leader with more than 15 years of experience in multilingual, literacy, and language education across K–12, adult, and higher education settings. My work focuses on expanding access to high-quality language and literacy programs through program leadership, professional development, research, and collaboration with school districts, universities, and community organizations.I have led federally funded initiatives, supervised instructional teams, and implemented language assessment and accountability systems while supporting diverse learners, including multilingual students and adults returning to education. My experience includes program supervision, consulting, curriculum development, and grant-supported projects, with a strong focus on equity, access, and measurable outcomes.As a Multilingual Learners Program Administrator with the State of Delaware, I directed districtwide language education programs, managed Title-funded initiatives, delivered professional development for more than 2,400 educators, and led ACCESS/WIDA assessment implementation, contributing to statewide recognition for improved performance and increased exit rates for English Learners.In addition to my leadership experience, I have worked as a consultant and literacy specialist, partnering with school districts, universities, nonprofit organizations, and private clients to develop curriculum, design professional development, and support bilingual, ESL, and adult education programs. I also teach at the university level and have conducted doctoral research on literacy development and digital access for multilingual learners.My background combines program leadership, research, and instructional experience, allowing me to support organizations focused on language education, adult literacy, and equitable access to learning.
