Hi, I\'m Kelly. I\'m a product leader & GM with deep AI and business experience. I\'ve spent most of my career building 0 to 1 products and turning products into true businesses. I\'m currently Director of Product at Google Labs, where I lead a portfolio of AI-powered products, including- NotebookLM; see notebooklm.google- Jules AI coding agent; see jules.google- Stitch design generator; see stitch.withgoogle.com- AI-powered data analysis in Colab; see colab.research.google.com.and several more products in development. My teams are building tools that rethink how people create, collaborate, and solve problems with AI. In my role at Google, I\'ve played both a PM and GM role, directly managing product managers, engineers, and strategy & operations leaders. Previously, I was the P&L owner for Stripe\'s multi-billion dollar Payments business and led the Enterprise team. In addition to Enterprise, some of my teams included Fraud, Identity & Access Management, Data Migrations, and even our Tax Reporting product (not Stripe\'s tax reporting itself, whew!) Some of my other roles- Head of Product for Google Workspace Growth: responsible for growth initiatives across the entire Workspace portfolio, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and many more- Design & Team Lead at IDEO- Management consultant at Bain- Director at a startup non-profit in South Africa still doing excellent work today: African Leadership Academy- Co-founder of two startups back in the day
