Former CFO of HighRadius, Inc. Relocated to Austin, TX in June, 2020 and took role to lead and build the Finance group at the Company. Responsibilities included growing the Finance team, quarterly Board and Investor Reporting, FP & A, international expansion and completion of compliance matters such as Financial Statement Audits and software implementations as the Company scaled. Led company through successful Series C round of funding bringing on crossover private/public company investors.Formerly worked as the VP of Finance of Datadog, Inc. Led the company to an IPO in September 2019 and over 2K full-time employees. Joined the company at ~100 full-time employees and sub $20M in revenue at the end of 2015. Reported directly to the CEO/co-founder for 3 years as the Head of Finance building out FP & A, Accounting and Sales Operations. On-boarded a CFO to commence the IPO preparation with the successful completion in September 2019 at a $9B valuation. Stayed as the #2 in Finance post IPO for one year as the company settled into public company reporting. Prior to Datadog worked in the Finance department of GitHub, Inc. for 3 years as the #2 in charge of the group. Located at the HQ in San Francisco, CA. Assisted with building the Finance department, FP & A, technical accounting issues, monthly forecasting/budgeting, compliance matters and the close process. Joined the company at ~100 full-time employees and sub $20M in revenue and left at 1K+ employees and ~$200M in revenue.Through April of 2013, Senior Manager in the San Jose/San Francisco, CA Audit practices of Deloitte & Touche LLP. 10 years of experience at the firm.
