I am a Political Science major with a Double Minor in Film and History. I have a deep interest in law, governance, and public service, driven by a commitment to understanding and improving the systems that shape our society. My academic experience, enhanced by completing dual enrollment coursework in high school and entering college as a junior, has allowed me to engage early with advanced political and historical analysis, strengthening both my critical thinking and research skills. I am particularly passionate about examining how political institutions balance power, protect individual liberties, and respond to real world challenges. This interest extends beyond the classroom into my creative and analytical pursuits, including writing and film criticism, where I explore how media and storytelling influence public perception and political thought. In addition to my academic work, I have developed experience in leadership, collaboration, and communication through various roles in student organizations and professional settings. I enjoy working in team environments that require both strategic thinking and creativity, whether through organizing initiatives, contributing to shared goals, or designing content that engages a broader audience. I aspire to pursue a career in law and public service, where I can advocate for equitable policy and contribute to meaningful reform. Guided by a strong sense of purpose and a commitment to service, I aim to approach both my academic and professional endeavors with integrity, curiosity, and a dedication to creating positive impact. After graduation from Pepperdine, I aim to obtain my MPA.
