For more than 25 plus years I’ve worked with global GxP companies (Pharma, Medical Device and CRO) in various quality and compliance and operational roles primarily in technology and esystems quality, compliance and risk management. Realizing these principles and controls can be applied in any industry I also worked in the Hotel industry and helped companies understand the cost of poor quality and compliance helping put together right sized controls in place with measurable results. I am now in Cornerstone OnDemand’s Quality and Risk Management team within the Cybersecurity Engineering & Assurance organization. My diverse background and holistic, proactive approach to compliance allows me to provide right sized expertise and guidance to our regulated Customers, Prospects, Partners, Global Field Operations and global business functions as well as drive initiatives that bring broad positive impact. Detailed knowledge of various ISO standards (Quality, Risk, Security, Privacy, etc.), GMPs, GLPs and GCPs, FDA, MHRA, EMA and ICH guidelines and industry best practices: 21 CFR Parts 11, 58, 312, 820, 210, 211, EU Annex 11, SDLC, PIC/S, ISPE GAMP 5 validation.
