ABOUT SCARLET LINDO

I’m a Human Resources Manager in the hospitality industry who enjoys supporting both leaders and associates and helping create a workplace where people feel respected and heard. I partner with managers on coaching, performance conversations, investigations, and compliance while also serving as an approachable resource for employees. I lead recruiting and onboarding efforts and focus on creating a positive first impression from day one, and I plan engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen morale and service culture across the property. I believe HR works best when it is visible, consistent, and built on trust. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and open to continued growth in HR leadership and HR Business Partner opportunities.
