My company, Scalp Doctor specialises in a service called Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). Similar to a tattoo, but it does not penetrate as deep. The aim of this procedure is to replicate the appearance of hair follicles, creating the impression of greater hair density. For this reason, this method is ideal for those with thinning hair. For those fretting over a receding hairline, or balding of the crown, we are able to naturally recreate the appearance of stubble which, when the remaining hair is shaven, creates a more youthful look. We also offer head scar camouflage for individuals with alopecia or who have had hair transplant procedures, Scalp Doctor are fully qualified and accredited. We are insured and licensed to practice this procedure. We pride ourselves on the bespoke service that we offer to each of our clients. Each individual has very different requirements and this is not a \'one size fits all\' procedure. Our personal mission is to put you at ease and reassure you that you are in safe hands. Scalp Doctor is owned and operated by Mark Fitzgibbons; a professionally trained practitioner who has undergone extensive & in depth, one on one training with a highly respected industry professional and has also further his qualification to Level 4. On top of that Mark has also raised the bar higher and runs the company to medical guidelines of BAHRS (British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery) to which he is 1 of only 3 smp practitioners to have gained membership. Our clinic is based in the Birmingham\'s Jewellery Quarter with plenty of parking options on Vyse street.

We will hopefully get the chance to do it next year!We have again been invited to speak at the USHRS next year so fingers crossed we won\'t have any more restrictions traveling out of the UK.We also have won some awards for our work- In London 2019 at the \'MEETING OF MINDS\' world scalp micro pigmentation awards, where we were a finalist in the \'Rising Star\' category- In 2020 at the \'UK PMU CONFERENCE\' where we were a finalist in the \'Scalp Micro Pigmentation Technician Of The Year\' category- At \'2021 Social Media Hair & Beauty Awards\' we won \'Best Scalp Micropigmentation Artist 2021\'-At \'SME NEWS Awards\' we won \'Scalp Micropigmentation clinic of the year 2021 - West Midlands\'Our main clinic is at Branston Court in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham City Centre. We also have a clinic at BHI Parkside Medical Centre in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
