About William Teodecki

William “Bill” Teodecki is an automation and control systems engineer with more than 20 years of experience delivering process control solutions for the water and wastewater industry. His work spans the full lifecycle of control system implementation, including process instrumentation specification and selection, electrical and digital control system design, PLC and HMI development, alarm notification and reporting tools, and integration between Operational Technology (OT) and enterprise business systems. Bill also has extensive experience directing IT/OT convergence initiatives, supporting capital improvement planning, and partnering with information security teams to conduct cybersecurity assessments and guide risk classification and remediation for OT systems. As the Operational Technology (OT) Emerging Technologies & SCADA Digital Innovation Discipline Lead at CDM Smith, Bill collaborates with technical leaders across the organization to define integration strategies as well as develop advanced technical approaches that enhance system architecture and design. He maintains a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) Class A Water Treatment License.
