I am an ESG/Sustainability Impact Research Analyst, Rater, & Consultant, Educator, and Writer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Science and a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I began my career in Mechanical Design, then moved into the Staffing & Recruitment Industry. Over time, witnessing the deteriorating state of our planet, compelled me to move towards Sustainability, embracing Veganism and Minimalism, with a goal to bring sustainability in the world and a personal mission to become more sustainable, myself.After working in ESG/Sustainability domain for around 5 years, I’ve developed strong working knowledge of various ESG/Sustainability reporting frameworks, standards, and rating systems used globally - including the UN SDGs, SASB (ISSB), Integrated Reporting (IR), GRI, TCFD, CDP, BRSR, ASRS, ESRS (CSRD), ISO 14001, ISO ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, ISO 14046, ISO 14064, and NABERS. Skilled in Integrated Management System (IMS)-(ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) for integrated sustainability compliance.My work in sustainability primarily focuses on industry-specific ESG research and data analysis, writing impactful ESG/Sustainability articles and reports, reporting aligned with global frameworks, conducting ESG/Sustainability gap assessments to recommend strategies, and designing/developing ESG dashboards for global companies to support disclosure and compliance.With a proven record of publishing over 400 and rating over Impact analyses/reports for multiple companies worldwide, I consistently translate sustainability data into actionable insights for stakeholders including investors, clients, and teams.In total, I bring ~8 years of work experience across ESG/Sustainability (5 years), Staffing & Recruitment (3 years), and Education & Training (3 years). This includes 2.5 years teaching STEM and Philosophy (including to dyslexic learners) and 1 year of CAD/CAM training. I’ve led recruitment teams for US-based clients across various IT & non-IT functions. Currently, I’m also pursuing a Master\'s in Philosophy to deepen my understanding of ethics and human-nature relationships.Outside of work, I enjoy sport - Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Football, Carrom Pool etc, reading/researching scientific & spiritual literature, volunteering for animal welfare, doing vegan activism, and observing to learn from life and nature around me.
