With 10 years of experience in operations, project and financial management, strategic planning, and partnerships & communications, I bring a multifaceted social impact background spanning the media, nonprofit, and tech industries.A graduate of the School of Journalism at the University of Texas at Austin, I previously served as the Deputy Executive Director for Latinitas, an Austin-based nonprofit focused on empowering girls to innovate through creative media and STEM enrichment programs. In this role, I led operations, development, and strategic partnerships as the first DED at the organization. My most recent role was as a Global Programs & Operations Associate on the Social Impact team at Indeed, where I created and managed programs and operations systems to support initiatives aimed at job seekers facing barriers to employment.Additionally, I am the Host & Producer of the Paradise City Podcast, an audio project that features individuals who have discovered profound joy and community through diverse means of self-expression.
