   An inventive, fearless, and strategic leader who uses a multi-disciplined approach to drive best in class operations. As COO, she oversees six manufacturing plants across North America, Europe, and Asia and advises on mergers and acquisitions. She is an expert in leveraging technology and lean manufacturing principles to institute efficient and scalable operations. Globally, she leads procurement, estimating, engineering, CAD textile patterning, art workflow and color management, grand format digital direct and heat-transfer printing, CNC cutting, carpentry and fabrication, aluminum frame manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and installation services. She\'s also responsible for Moss’s quality and continuous improvement program and liaisons with VP Information Technology on Moss’s proprietary Operating System. Sarah joined Moss in 1998 and previously held positions as EVP Global Operations, SVP Operations, Executive Director Strategic Business Operations, and various Director positions in Technical Design and Manufacturing at Moss. Sarah is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA with a minor in Information Systems, from Keller Graduate School of Management where she graduated with distinction. Sarah continues her executive education at Kellogg Northwestern. Sarah achieved her education while working full-time and raising three kids, a testament to her relentless perseverance.
