Manage all commercial continuity for local and national sales using Wide Orbit traffic system. Create daily dub lists and assist Master Control on any copy issues. Onboard new clients to upload copies to Spotloader and assist with training and upload issues. Work closely with Sales to meet traffic deadlines. Coordinate daily with Creative Services, Programming, Inventory Mgmt, & Promotions to meet dept needs and goals. On call to manage any urgent log changes. Collaborate with Accounting on scripts for invoicing. Generate monthly purge lists. Establish strong relationship with clients and agencies. Work closely with Log Editor to give the all clear to run daily logs and be cognizant of any orders/issue that arise to hold up logs.
