I help construction contractors, manufacturers, premises owners, and employers with all aspects of risk management and litigation involving OSHA, the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), and other agencies. As part of Ogletree Deakins\' national OSHA and Worksite Safety practice group, I advise and represent clients in New York and throughout the country with respect to safety programs and training, job site safety audits, accident investigations, inspections, and contesting citations.I frequently publish and speak on topics relating to OSHA, the DOB, and general safety compliance. In addition to guiding clients through OSHA and DOB enforcement and advising on worksite safety programs, I also regularly advise and represent clients with respect to high-exposure construction accident matters, construction contracts, payment performance, liens, and fire code violations.
