I am the Founder and CEO of REAL ALPHA, an independent advisory platform focused on originating and structuring institutional real estate and alternative investment opportunities across Italy and selected European markets.My professional background combines senior executive leadership with business development responsibility within international Real Estate Advisory platforms. Over the past 20+ years, I have led valuation and advisory divisions at RINA Prime Value Services, AXIA.RE, KROLL, Duff & Phelps and REAG-American Appraisal, with direct accountability for revenue growth, client acquisition, team leadership and cross-border mandate execution across Italy, Germany and broader Europe.Throughout my career, I have operated at the intersection of technical valuation, strategic advisory and capital markets dialogue — supporting institutional investors, asset managers, corporates, public entities and family offices in complex transactions and investment decisions.I am also Co-Founder of Atlantica Analytics, an AI-driven real estate market data platform developed to strengthen market transparency, comparables analysis and decision-grade investment intelligence.In parallel, I serve as Strategic Advisor to Upsidetown, contributing to fundraising strategy, investment structuring and institutional positioning within the real estate crowdfunding segment.Fluent in English, German and Italian, I operate across the DACH–Italy corridor, focusing on structured execution, downside protection and disciplined mandate development.
