I support corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, employment, IP (trademark/copyright), and finance law. My experience include board and shareholder matters, statutory filings, securities compliance, GDPR, security, due diligence, and IPO or financing readiness. I also manage and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing mandates, controlling costs, while partnering closely with leadership teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice that supports growth while managing risk.I also provide fractional legal counsel and project-based in-house support for startups and growing companies that need senior legal expertise without a full-time hire. My work includes drafting and managing NDA\'s service agreements, supplier and customer contracts, stock option, equity, and cap table administration, investor communications, corporate filings, fundraising data rooms, and M/A due diligence. I help companies implement organized contract and document management systems and support KYC.
