I am a proven operations manager managing from 170-300 employees across three shifts in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment and consistently delivering on key performance indicators including cost, quality, and safety. I have over 12 years managing team members in this environment.I am effective in executing organizational cultural change efforts based on the company vision/mission and focused around lean implementation and employee engagement.I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified problem solver using lean and six sigma tools to uncover and correct fundamental flaws in a process.I hold a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Arizona State University. When not working, coaching youth league teams, or supporting my children in their activities, you can find me on the Provo River trail riding my bike, at the golf course recording another double bogey, or hanging out with my beautiful wife.My passions include helping people help themselves through mentoring, training, and process improvement, continually learning new ideas and helping others to learn, and leading people and organizations to be the best versions of themselves.
