I’m a collaborative leader with a background in product delivery, user experience, and agile transformation. I’ve worked across a range of industries—including finance, education, energy, and software—which has helped me build a strong ability to learn fast, ask the right questions, and connect the dots quickly.One of my strengths is translating across roles and functions: students and leaders, engineers and business stakeholders, delivery teams and executives. I’m often the one bringing people together, creating space for open discussion, and guiding the conversation to uncover what really matters. I partner across product development, engineering, and customer delivery teams to bridge the gap between innovation and execution—focusing on change enablement, delivery outcomes, and operational improvement.I’m passionate about helping teams find clarity, make progress together, and deliver real impact.
