As a Director at OnPlan Consulting, he helps organizations rethink how they plan, forecast, and operate by blending modern planning tools with real-world business experience.Sean began his career at Oracle Corporation, where he spent many years working alongside enterprise clients to deploy and optimize Oracle technologies. His hands-on experience across applications, data, and business operations shaped his approach to building systems that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.A graduate of Oregon State University with a Business degree focused on Management Information Systems (MIS), Sean has long been drawn to the intersection of technology and business problem-solving.
