My approach to coaching starts with building a foundation of trust. Part of that trust is showing clients that they might already have the answers to their own questions. Working from the inside out, we visualize what they really want, and what’s standing in their way. From here we formulate intentions and create goals to bring it into fruition. By taking small steps to bring bigger change, clients find their way to more confidence to act on whatever they are looking for professionally and personally.
