   Performed mechanical design and development for packaging electronic circuits, including assembly design, analysis, testing, and manufacturing introduction support.* Identified and addressed potential failure mechanisms related to materials, interconnects, and environmental loads to ensure the development of reliable designs.* Collaborated with cross-functional teams of engineers (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, New Product Logistics, and Product Information Management) to obtain design and logistic release approval.* Conducted investigations and made edits to product structures, while generating accurate CAD models, 2D/3D drawings, and taking ownership of the final technical data package.* Led the creation, editing, reviewing, and successful closure of Engineering Changes.* Ensured the quality of department designs and change notifications through rigorous self-checking and peer-checking.
