The Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) is an industry-led body that works closely with the government, academia, and industry stakeholders to identify and address the skill gaps in the electronics sector.Responsibilities:1. Managing CSR projects such as LG Skill Academy and Samsung DOST from the ESSCI perspective, ensuring successful execution and delivery 2. Leading and guiding the mobilization, placement, and awareness teams, providing mentorship and support to ensure that they meet their targets and objectives.3. Procuring assets and equipment needed for the project, overseeing the procurement process and ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with the project budget and procurement policies.4. Handling and resolving grievances related to the project, working closely with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure that project objectives are met.5. Developing and implementing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the project.6. Leading the purchase committee meetings to review and approve procurement requests, ensuring transparency and accountability in the procurement process.7. Coordinating and overseeing assessments, results, and certification processes, ensuring that they are conducted fairly and accurately.8. Ensuring compliance with project policies, procedures, and regulations, and taking corrective action as needed to ensure project success.
